What Makes Andorra Unique?

Andorra is one of the smallest yet most distinctive countries in Europe. Until 2015, Andorra had no personal income tax, similar to Monaco. However, to align with European standards and avoid the “tax haven” label, it introduced minimal taxation rates:

  • Personal income tax: from 0% up to a maximum of 10%

  • Corporate tax: up to 10%

  • VAT (IGI): only 4.5% — the lowest in Europe

Thanks to this tax framework, Andorra is extremely attractive for entrepreneurs, investors, and digital nomads.
